Harmony for Happiness
By Jim Waterman
Wherever you are, is where you are supposed to be.
Happiness is achieved by applying a precise methodology of thinking and acting. This book presents a progressive series of 200+ life tips, or what I like to call a program for happiness. These tips and/or statements of wisdom follow the teachings of the greatest thinkers of all time and are broken down and organized into bite-sized pieces that anyone can understand and apply to modern life.
Harmony for Happiness was born from a request by Dr Donald McCarren for a short, accessible guide of actionable items for his patients working on depression and other mental health issues. It's evolved into a comprehensive no-nonsense "how to guide" for living life to the fullest.
Each of the thought provoking statements in this book are designed to stand alone and build upon each other allowing your mind to ease into a new perspective. It is a perspective handed down from people who created modern science and philosophy and are currently on the cutting edge, a perspective that will provide you with a stronger faith in yourself and the Universe. With this new foundation of understanding, you will be able to utilize the mental tools necessary for developing your intuition, so you can make better choices, find your path, improve your luck, and build a happier, healthier more successful existence much faster.
As a 55-year-old engineer, I take a logical, scientific approach to the spiritual side of life. My goal here is to save people time, trouble, pain, and sorrow by removing confusion, restoring balance, and answering the big questions. Realizing how the Universe works and learning to work with it, will change your life for the better, as it has changed mine.

Good to read first so you get a feel for where I'm going with this.
The majority of "life tips" in my book are derived from the books in this Library. I hope my tips spark your curiosity and encourage you to dig deeper into the mysteries of yourself and the world.
It's easier to see the oneness of nature than to explain it with words or math. These images make it hard to doubt that everything in the universe is not fundamentally connected.
The oneness of our universe can be seen and explained in many ways. From real life stories to basic math and modern physics, I invite you to witness the world from a new perspective.
The number twelve is truly sublime. Like Pi and Phi it's a universal building block of life. Interesting how things naturally group into twelve. Here are 25 ways twelve makes the world go-round.
A little groovy chill-out music is good to relax the mind. Listen to a few of the tunes while reading I listened to while writing.
Special thanks to Dr. Donald McCarren for his inspiration and encouragement.
